She has gained experience working with renewable energy projects at all stages of development – from project planning and implementation, real estate acquisition and design, equipment procurement to operation and maintenance. Viktorija is also the author of a book on “Legal Aspects of Ensuring Natural Gas Supply Security in the European Union”. Furthermore, she has made a significant contribution as one of the co-authors of the Oxford University Press book “Energy Law in Europe” for the section on Latvia and continues to publish articles on current legal topics. At the same time, she is one of the lecturers in the Latvian Wind Energy Association project “Wind Energy Academy”.
