Dace specializes in tax matters concerning value-added tax (VAT), excise duty, natural resource tax, in-depth corporate tax audits (tax due diligence), and customs issues.

Dace is an expert in value-added tax (VAT), providing legal support in all its aspects – from daily declarations to complex tax disputes and regulatory development. She conducts in-depth corporate tax due diligence, strategic tax planning, and is involved in tax legislation development (lobbying).

Dace is also a tax expert at RockBridge Legal, specializing in the nuances of taxation in economic crime cases and administrative offense cases, as well as real estate transactions and environmental law issues. To stay abreast of the latest trends and case law, Dace regularly updates her knowledge by annually participating in the international KMLZ “International VAT Conference” in Germany, and by attending local seminars on Latvian tax law jurisprudence. Dace is also an experienced author, regularly publishing analytical and educational materials on tax matters.
